With summer approaching, we wanted to share items that have will be excited to use to keep us on track on the Summer months. So here is our June fitness favorites.
Nike + Training Club App
My sister and I love this app from when we want to do a unplanned circuit training. The app has easy-to-follow training for every type of workouts. It even lets you pick the time duration and difficulty level of each workout set.
Ab Roller
Although ab rollers isn’t new to most people, it was new to us. As I mentioned before, my core is one of my weakest areas, but sadly I was always to lazy to strengthen it. Since I started doing ab roller twice a week, I’ve seen a huge improvement.
Oprah Cinnamon Chai Tea at Starbucks
I wish I would have discovered this during the holiday season, since it taste like Christmas drink. But non the less it’s still great to have all year round. We have been drinking this during our late night Starbucks runs.
Carly Rowena Blogger / YouTuber
Danni has been telling me about Carly Rowena for a while, but I just started watching her Youtube videos and have been obsessed. I wish I had her life! She has great fitness videos and tips for anyone trying to get fit.
The other monthly favorite that is not pictured and not fitness related is Hamilton, the Broadway musical. My sister and I have been listening to the record non-stopped and can’t wait until we see it live. I’ve been listening to it while I’m doing cardio and it makes time fly.
