While we normally drink BCAA, it can fun (and beneficial) to add ito a few of our guilty pleasures. Such as making BCAA gummy bears to chew on before a workout or enjoying BCAA lemon mug cake for dessert. Finding ways to incorporate BCAA are great when trying to loose weight or gain muscles, because it helps with fatigue and protein synthesis. And while we can get BCAA from meats, and other protein sources, some of us can only eat so much protein. And truth is who doesn’t crave sweets?!? So lets make staying fit fun and check out this BCAA oatmeal cookie recipe.
Ingrediants
- 4 cups of quick oatmeal
- 4 oz of room temperture butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 scoop of Amino Energy BCAA vanilla latte or an other vanilla flavored BCAA
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of raisens
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Grind 2 cups of oats on a food processor or blender till it become oat flour
3. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the oat flour and pulse for 2-3 minutes
4. On a seperate bowl whisk the butter and sugar using a mixer on medium speed till both ingrediants are combined
5. Next add the egg and BCAA and continue whisking for 2 minutes
6. Slowly begin add the flour mixture to the bowl
7. Stir or fold-in the raisens and remaining 2 cups of oats
8. Then roll out the dough to 1 oz. balls and lay on a baking sheet, use a fork to flatten the cookies
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, till golden brown at the end
10. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes and Enjoy!!
