Beginning of a new year is always exciting. It’s time to reflect on the year before and create goals for the year ahead. I wish accomplishing these goals were just as easy as writing them down.
We wanted to share with you some of our goals for 2016. Some are fitness related, but others are either part of a bigger vision or for fun.
- Track lifting progress & weight loss
- Travel outside the country
- Dedicate more time to our blog
- Visit at least one of national parks in California
- Be more diligent on practicing yoga
- Complete a Spartan Race or other endurance course
- Dedicate more time with our parents
- Build our professional network
