As twins, we were lucky enough to be born with our favorite workout partner. So what is a great workout partner? someone who is not competitive, encourages, challenges, and supports the other person. Just like any other partner in life, right??
With Valentines day approaching, we thought we would share some of our favorite partner workouts. Rather you do it with your significant other or best friend, these workouts will kick your booty while having fun!
