If you are wondering why I keep going to Valle De Guadalupe, there are two reasons. One, I love coming here for the beautiful wineries and delicious food, it’s an inexpensive mini vacation. Second, I’m looking for wedding venues. My fiancé and I are interested in doing a wedding in Mexico, we have been scouting for places in Valle De Guadalupe or Ensenada. This time I got to visit more wineries and try new places. Here are a few more recommendations.
Stay at Agua De Vid
This place just opened up two months ago. It offers bungalow-style rooms and even a hostel. The restaurant and reception area is spectacular. It’s an open-air building with a modern-industrial feel. Go to the rooftop bar and enjoy a glass of wine at Sunset. Also, across the street are a family-own winery if you want to get some inexpensive wines.
Adobe Food Truck is a casual style eatery. They offer delicious tapas, salad, and sandwich options. It is connected to the Adobe Guadalupe Winery, so you purchase wine bottles in the shop and enjoy it while you eat.
If you want to drink wine with a view this is the place to go. It sits at the top of a hill and has a 180 view of the valley. Like most places in the valley, it offers amazing food and wine tasting. They have an outside area with a live band. What better way to spend your vacation.
