Here is a full body barbell workout to try out if you are in a rush or just looking to switch up your normal workout routine. I like to work in these types of full body workouts when it’s been a busy week.

Will start out with a heavier weighted barbell and move down in weight. Find a weight where the last few reps are difficult, but can still maintain a good form.
1. Romanian Deadlift to Bent Over Barbell Row: 4 sets x 10-12 reps
2. Front Squats to Overhead Military Press: 4 sets x 10-12 reps.
3. Barbell Lunges to Good Mornings: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
4. Chest Press to Close Grip Barbell Press: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
5. Barbell Curls to Upright Rows: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
