When it comes to working out everyone has their own music preferences. Although, I don’t listen to music while lifting weights, it is essential when I’m doing cardio. Especially when I am running. I need music that makes me forget what I’m doing and puts me in a happy place. That’s why my music playlist is full of upbeat songs. These are the kinds of songs that make you want to sing and even dance a little.
