One thing that has been bothering us, has been the constant flood of “weight loss” products promoted in social media. Promising to help loose inches off the waist with pills or applying a lotion to reduce waist circumference.
Most of these products are short term solutions to “so-call” being healthy. But eventually, when the products run out, you will have to face the fact that you still need to put in the work. Nothing, and I mean nothing, substitute eating clean and exercise. It is what your body craves and what it needs.
I know it can be tough. For many years, we tried to find the motivation to get there. I once looked up, “how to get motivated to workout” online because I was hoping to find the cure to my laziness. Eventually I realized any tips are just words, until you apply them. It is just finding something inside of yourself everyday to workout and eat clean.
