First blog post woohoo! This is a big moment for us since we’ve talked about starting a blog for years. The only thing stopping us was not knowing what we were passionate enough to write about. Finally we found it and that is “fitness” and more specifically “health living”. We believe that being healthy doesn’t mean giving up all your indulgences overnight, but by changing tiny habits it will lead to a healthy sustainable balance life.
We ourselves have not reached our idea of “healthy and fit” but as we discover tips and tricks to help us improve we will share them on this blog.
